    My eyelash extensions where all glued together in clumps causing my lashes to SNAP off! I was left with next to no eyelashes. When I contacted them about it they did nothing! They said it was my fault because I didn't look after them (10 years I've been going somewhere else and never had a problem) if I could give 0 stars I would!
