  Receptionist is very friendly but the air conditioning technician sent to the house to service our air conditioner didn't do the things that should have been included in a service - I was told. The filters were not cleaned just taken to the van and brought back. We know this because we have cameras around the property. Water was flushed through the drain but no other cleaning. Temperatures were taken and all was well except for the louvers not moving which required a motor. We ordered this but after seeing that the air conditioner wasn't cleaned at all I cancelled the order and spoke to the receptionist to explain why. We try to do the right thing and to support the local guys but to date it hasn't served us well. I was not offered another service so not sure how it panned out. Probably wouldn't have taken them up on it anyway. All I know is that my husband ended up cleaning the unit himself from watching Youtube. So disappointing.
