    From our first attendance in store through to installation of carpet, all staff have been friendly, patient and helpful. There was ample choice of products with advice and the chance to take a sample home for viewing. This assists greatly in the process of selection. I am pleased with the level of communication and timeliness of service including installation. On first inspection, I am extremely happy with the final installation. Looks and feels wonderful. Will return when I start on the next room. Thank you.
