    My laptop was damaged in an accident and it wdn't recharge, or often even detect the battery. I first took it to Seymour Leading Edge Putas, who claimed to have done a test, and found the battery was no good. That didn't seem right to me, so I took it to Kilmore Leading Edge. The fellow here saw straight away that the prob was that the damage to the case meant that the battery was merely not connecting to the main body. He charged nothing, and was helpful with other advice, so I'm taking the laptop back to him for a replacement case. N.B. Stay far away from Leading Edge Seymour (my opinion only). Not only have I found them to be pretty useless at other times, but not v nice, either. The computer tech who is contracted to my work site has the same opinion.

    Prices can be a bit high but service and advice are pretty good. Always worth a visit. Always helpful
