  On the market for a mower so instead or spending 10k on a mower else where I decided I would support a local business seeing I live in Kilmore. Well, was I wrong about that! Walked in, looked at a few mowers on display, not one person came to serve us and not single custoner but us. Definitely saw us but was ignored, another worker parked a ride on next to us, no hello or asked if we need help. Was annoyed but told myself maybe they were busy as one of the two were on the phone. 5mins passed, no one in-store and no one on the phone and still no service. Got out of there!! So much for trying to support a local business and expecting good service. Went to a Campbellfield store, was seen straight away walked me through every detail on the machine. Was dearer but guess what? People pay for service! I am happy to pay more at another place that gives me A+ service.

  Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Get most of the parts for my motorbike here as well as get my stihl chainsaw services here.

  Need to step it up Alpha Power, customer service is everything. People will spend the extra cash for service. You have lost my business. Never waste my time again!
